I would strongly caution anyone against having tire work done at Macuilβs Tire and service Repair on Colonel Glenn Road. My son took his car there for what should have been a simple tire repair. They removed the tire, sealed the leak, and reinstalled it. Just two minutes after leaving the shop, while driving on John Barrow Road, the tire came completely off the car, causing major damage. The vehicle may now be totaled. When I called the shop to speak with the manager about what happened, he hung up on me instead of addressing the situation. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can make an informed decision. We trusted them with a routine repair, and the outcome could have been much worse. Thankful my son was not hurt or anyone else because of thisβ¦..

Worst tire shop experience ever. 1st they think white people don't know Spanish and talk bad about everyone whose vehicle they are working on. Totally disrespectful and rude as hell. They charge almost double what the shop down the street does for tires that are terrible and won't warranty even a day.

Donβt expect help if you later realize they sold you a TRAILER tire because βitβs hard to find that tire sizeβ! No refund offer, no apology NOTHING. Just too bad. We will NOT return.

Charged me $20 to tighten my lug nuts on 1 wheel. If you drive a nice car dont even come here theyβre going to charge you an insane amount. Didnt even torque them to spec, just tighten them with an impact gun. I paid the money but I would never come here again

I had some problems out of one of my rims, Amazingly they fixed my problem and I haven't had a problem since. Truly amazing work!! They got food trucks and seating if needed. Owner was awesome and the staff super friendly. If you got a problem out any of your rims or tires....Go see these guys. I'm definitely going back and I'm an hour away! Thanks a million to all of you.
